Vernon Hills, IL, Oct. 31, 2008 – Rust-Oleum is proud to introduce a new line of products specifically developed for the automotive aftermarket, Rust-Oleum® Auto. The new line of paints, undercoatings, cleaners, strippers and solvents will be introduced at the 2008 Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo, Booth #4346, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
“We’re set to reinvent the auto aerosol and coatings business with the launch of Rust-Oleum Auto,” said Jim Stinner, director of Rust-Oleum High Performance Coatings. “The new line offers solutions for everything from repainting a plastic bumper, refurbishing a truckbed to removing wax and tar.”
The products in the Rust-Oleum Auto line are ideal for automobiles, trailers, motorcycles, ATVs, ladder racks and engines. Many of the paints offer the same superior corrosion resistance and rust preventive protection that’s become synonymous with Rust-Oleum. Plus, a variety of specialty coatings are included in the line, including textured metallics, high heat paints and professional undercoatings.
