Z-Prime II is a universal, water-based, high performance latex primer formulated without organic solvents. Virtually free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Z-Prime II does not contribute to indoor odors or outdoor air pollution.
Z-Prime II is ideal for use in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, office buildings, hotels, or any area where even mild paint odors could be a problem. Based on an exclusive acrylic polymer system, Z-Prime II exhibits many of the dry-time and adhesion characteristics of quick-dry oil-based primers. It dries super-fast, adheres to problem surfaces, sands readily within one hour, blocks most troublesome stains and cleans up with soap and water.
