Wipe off each candle stick with mineral spirits. Wipe off mineral spirits with a clean rag. Allow 30 minutes to dry. Apply one coat of Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Primer Spray. Allow one hour of dry time to fully cure. Apply one coat of Rust-Oleum Universal Gloss Spray (we used Crimson Red). You may apply another coat within one hour or after 48 hours. TIP: Apply the first coat. Once dry, flip each candle stick and spray the underside as well.
