How easily should wallcovering pull through a paste machine?

Does water need to be added to paste for use in a paste machine?

Depends on the paste……with SureGrip NO – it is paste machine ready!  Roman’s paste must be diluted for use in a paste machine to prevent skips and missed spots.  SureGrip can be whipped to a flowable state for full strength use.  Adding water dilutes wet and dry tack, biocides and overall performance.  Diluted paste will sour and mildew easily and seam lifting and bubbling can occur.
