Adding Bulls-Eye 1-2-3 Primer to your bookshelf will create lasting protection and vibrant color for years to come. Priming helps spray paint adhere to a surface and gives you a smoother, more beautiful finish.

  1. Wipe the bookshelf with a lint-free cloth to get rid of any dirt or dust.
  2. Over a drop cloth, shake the primer can for one minute after the mixing ball releases and start spraying the primer according to the directions on the can.
  3. Prime the entire bookshelf making sure to overlap each stroke slightly for best coverage.
  4. Let the primer dry for approximately 30 minutes before adding color. Primer dries to touch in 5 minutes.
  5. Apply Painter's Touch 2X Ultra Cover spray paint in Seaside according to the directions on the can and let dry for at least 24 hours before use.
