Personalized Easter Baskets with Dry Erase Nametags

Customize any basket this Easter by adding a little spray paint and a personalized Dry Erase bunny!

PREPARE: Always work in a well ventialted area, such as a garage. Use your drop cloth to protect surrounding areas from any possible overspray.

Baskets: Lightly sand baskets ro remove any loose paint and allow for proper adhesion. Tape off the the handles of the basket, we will paint these last. Shake your spray paint can for one minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle.

Bunnies: Lightly sand the wooden bunny cut out, then wipe it down with a lint-free cloth  to remove any remaining dirt or dust.

APPLY: Baskets: Spray the base of the basket in a steady back-and-forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke.  Apply two or more light coats a few minutes apart. Once the base has been painted and has fully dried, remove the tape from the handle and cover the base with tape or a cloth. Spray paint the handle with your secondary color in the same fashion and allow to fully dry before handling.

Bunnies (Dry Erase):  Briefly stir Part A & B seperately. Once stirred, pour Part A into Part B. Then stir thoroughly until the paint is uniform in color. Apply 2 coats of the Dry Erase paint with a foam brush and allow it to fully cure for 3 days before writing on the surface.

FINISH: Once your baskets and bunny have had a chance to fully dry, attach the bunny to the basket with a strong glue.

TIP: Shake your Spray Paint can occasionally during application.
