Create a spooktacular Halloween garland for your front porch! Use Rust-Oleum Painter’s Touch 2X Ultra Cover Spray Paint to make your Halloween porch décor pop.
Work in a well-ventilated area. Before applying, shake each can of Rust-Oleum Painter’s Touch 2X Ultra Cover Spray Paint for one minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle. We painted our skeletons in Gloss Golden Sunset, Real Orange, Key Lime, Purple and Magenta.
Hold your can of spray paint 10-16” from the surface of your skeleton and apply light coats of spray paint. Move the can in a steady, back-and-forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke for even coverage. Apply light coats a few minutes apart. Recoat within one hour or after 48 hours.
Allow skeletons to fully dry before attaching to the Halloween garland with fishing line or light-weight wire. Add faux florals and ribbon for extra pizazz.
To give plastic spiders a bright color block look, use painter’s tape to cover any areas you do not wish to paint. Then apply spray paint according to the directions on the can. We used the color Satin Magenta on these spiders.
Attach your Halloween garland around your door using adhesive hooks and place your painted pumpkins and spiders all around your porch for a festively fun Halloween look!
