Rust-Oleum Cares is committed to helping others in our community. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to achieve his or her potential. We support organizations that change, restore, and transform the lives of others.
Our Program
Rust-Oleum Cares is led by champions who facilitate the program at our offices, manufacturing facilities and distribution centers throughout the world. Through volunteer opportunities, sponsorships, monetary and in-kind donations, our champions partner with local charities to change, restore and transform communities in which we work and live.
Making a difference is part of our culture and all our associates have a voice in who we help. Our desire to help others demonstrates the passion and beliefs of our associates. Our program can thrive and grow as a direct result of the support from our senior leadership team as well as the passion of each and every associate.
