After

Four cans of Rust-Oleum spray paint, foam egg and thumbtacks.

Before

Dragon eggs make a great addition to Halloween décor – or let them add whimsy to your home any time of year. Display them on a metal stand to admire or as a unique conversation piece.

  1. Spray each foam egg with Rust-Oleum Imagine Foam Primer, following the directions on the can. 
  2. Press metal thumbtacks all over the foam eggs until they are fully covered. 
  3. Apply Rust-Oleum® Imagine Color Shift Black Basecoat spray paint, following the directions on the can. Let dry.
  4. Spray Color Shift paint in the color of your choice on top of the basecoat. Let dry.
  5. Display your dragon eggs.
