Usher in autumn with urn planters filled with seasonal décor. Combine spray painted manzanita branches with your choice of fall foliage to create a custom look.
- Choose a well-ventilated space to complete your project. Shake your can of Rust-Oleum Painter’s Touch 2X Ultra Cover Spray Paint for one minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle.
- Hold the can 10 -16” from the surface of your manzanita branches and apply the spray paint in a steady, back-and-forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke. (We used the color Satin Claret Wine).
- Allow the paint to dry for 24 hours before adding a metallic touch to the tips of the branches with a Testors Craft Enamel Metallic Leafing Paint Pen in Gold.
- Arrange the painted branches in the urn planters with moss, fall flowers and foliage. If desired, complete the look with small, decorative woodland animals.
Tip: To easily spray paint an oddly shaped object, hang it so you can paint all sides at once.
