Smokey Beige Patio Furniture

Transform the look of your patio furniture with a fresh coat of spray paint. This simple DIY project is an easy way to refresh your outdoor space.

Working in a well-ventilated area, cover the floor with a drop cloth to protect it from overspray.

Shake your can of Rust-Oleum 2X Ultra Cover Spray Paint (we used Satin Smokey Beige) for 1 minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle. Then, hold the can 10-16” away from the furniture and apply the spray paint in a steady, back-and-forth motion. Apply 2-3 light coats a few minutes apart.

Let the paint dry for 1 hour to the touch and completely for 24 hours before using the furniture.

TIP: Use Rust-Oleum 2X Ultra Cover Primer in White before painting and topcoat your spray paint with Rust-Oleum 2X Ultra Cover Clear for added protection and longer-lasting color.
