Gloss Look 280 Sealer + Joint Stabilizer

Miracle Sealants® Gloss Look 280 Sealer + Joint Stabilizer is an advanced, urethane-fortified acrylic sealer that protects concrete, stone, masonry and tile with a clear, high-gloss finish. The advanced, self-crosslinking resins react after application to create a dense, highly durable surface with outstanding abrasion and wear resistance, adhesion and water resistance. UV resistant, non-yellowing sealer protects from surface wear, oil and food stains, salts, chemicals, freeze/thaw damage, etching, spalling & corrosion. Resists “blushing” or discoloration from prolonged water contact and has excellent hot-tire pickup resistance. Anti-Algae Technology inhibits the growth of algae and mildew on the surface of the sealer film*. When used on pavers, Gloss Look 280 also helps to harden and stabilize joints to minimize weeds, erosion and joint movement.

USE ON: Exterior or interior surfaces including bare or stained concrete; dry-cast or wet-cast concrete pavers, porous natural or engineered stone, Saltillo, unglazed tile, brick, masonry, driveways, walkways, porches, patios, pool decks and more. Not for use on asphalt. May be used as a re-coat sealer over most water-based acrylic sealers.

*Contains an additive which inhibits growth of mold, mildew and algae on the surface of the sealer film.
