Water & Salt Guard 440 Sealer

Miracle Sealants® Water & Salt Guard 440 Sealer is a high-performance silane-siloxane penetrating sealer that protects concrete, stone and masonry without altering the natural appearance of the surface. The advanced, hydrophobic sealer inhibits intrusion of water and chlorine from road salts or sea spray; and protects from freeze/thaw damage, spalling, pitting, efflorescence and corrosion. Anti-Algae Technology inhibits the growth of algae and mildew on the surface of the sealer film*. The penetrating (non-film forming) sealer is highly breathable and provides long-lasting, easy-to-maintain protection. Water & Salt Guard 440 is a low VOC sealer that complies with all national and state VOC regulations including CARB, OTC, and SCAQMD.

USE ON: Vertical or horizontal surfaces including bare concrete, dry-cast or wet-cast concrete pavers, porous non-polished natural stone, brick, masonry, driveways, sidewalks, porches, walkways, patios, pool decks and more. Not recommended for surfaces where a film-forming sealer or coating is present, for below-grade applications, or where water is consistently present on surface.

*Contains an additive which inhibits growth of mold, mildew, and algae on the surface of the sealer.
