Rust-Oleum Cabinet Transformations Basics is an easy-to-use paint that will transform outdated cabinets, vanities, furniture and trim. This easy-to-use, one-step cabinet paint offers an affordable alternative to cabinet replacement with a durable, semi-gloss finish.  Basics provides an easy-to-clean surface that resists dirt and grime.  This paint can also withstand household chemicals, making it ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms and more.  Pure White color can be used without tinting.  All other colors need to be tinted at the paint counter prior to use.

For Best Results

Surfaces must be free of any dust, grease, oil, stains, rust, wax or other substances. To ensure proper adhesion, thoroughly scrub cabinet and trim surfaces with a degreaser and prime the surfaces prior to application of the cabinet and trim paint.

Use Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Primer or B-I-N Primer-Sealer to improve adhesion and help hide stains or tannin bleed that may occur.
