Intended for use on interior or exterior, vertical or horizontal, concrete block and cast-in-place concrete. Backed by a 10 year waterproof guarantee, and 5 year mold & mildew proof* paint film guarantee, it can be used to stop moisture from entering or exiting a concrete surface.
