Lock-Down Primer and Conditioner

Zinsser Lock-Down Primer and Conditioner is a high performance, water-based primer and conditioner that penetrates and seals vertical concrete, masonry, and stucco. Lock-Down provides outstanding adhesion to lock down chalky and spalling surfaces and bind paint. The advanced formula has excellent efflorescence and alkali resistance for long lasting protection. Ideal for sealing exterior and interior vertical surfaces including concrete, stucco, masonry, brick, EIFS and plaster. Lock-down can be applied in temperatures down to 35°F and tolerates high PH levels (up to 13) for application to new concrete and masonry in as soon as seven days. The white guide coat aids in visibility of application and dries semi-translucent white.
