Ensure a smooth, uniform finish when brush- or roller-applying 9400 System enamels by adding Rust-Oleum’s 9400 System Leveling Additive. This special formula improves the flow and leveling of a 9400 System top coat with no decrease in overall performance.

• Unique blend of surfactants for improved 9400 System enamel appearance
• Designed primarily for brush/roller application
• May also be used for air-atomized and airless-spray applications
• Reduces effervescence and “orange peel” effect of enamels applied by airless spray
• Considerably improves the appearance of applications done in hot weather
