Rust-Oleum® 130 Acrylic Primer is a water-based coating used for adhesion promoting and bleed blocking on Modified Bitumen and asphalt BUR roofs. This primer encapsulates the oils that commonly migrate from asphaltic surfaces, and inhibits them from discoloring Rust-Oleum® silicone or elastomeric roof coatings. It can also be used as a base coat on bare concrete substrates.
Rust-Oleum® 130 Urethane Acrylic Roof Primer has a distinctive bright green color that is designed to assist in topcoat application by indicating any low spots, gaps, or missing areas that may contribute to future roofing failures. With substrate coverage, the semi-trans high visibility green color hides the substrate completely when the recommended coverage rate has been achieved.

For Best Results
Surface must be sound, clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, mold, algae, heavy rust, excess chalk, and other foreign matter, which could prevent proper adhesion.
