Rust-Oleum® 145 Water-Based Epoxy Primer is a two component epoxy primer, and stain blocker designed to improve adhesion to the roofing substrate. Relevant substrates include: Weathered Single-Ply, Asphalt, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, Aluminum, and more. Rust-Oleum 145 Water-Based Epoxy Primer can be top coated with most types of roof coating technologies including acrylic, silicone, and polyurethanes.
