Solvent Degreaser

Rust-Oleum Professional Cleaners Solvent Degreaser is a fast-acting, non-chlorinated formula designed for industrial and automotive applications. The high-performance solvent blend is ideal for removing tough grease and grime from tools, machinery, equipment and engines. 

Safe for use on most hard surfaces, this solvent degreaser offers a lower-odor alternative to harsh chlorinated solvents while still quickly breaking down stubborn oil, tar, paint, mastics and industrial adhesives. It can also be used in parts washers.

Usage Instructions

Spray Degreaser: 

1. Aim nozzle at soiled surface and spray to coat.
2. For light soils, let sit for one minute; for heavier soils, wait 2-5 minutes.
3. Clean the surface with a dry rag or disposable wiper.

Liquid Degreaser:

1. Carefully saturate a rag or wiper with solvent degreaser.
2. Apply to soiled surface, wiping away grease and grime. For heavily soiled surfaces, reapply and let sit 2-5 minutes to penetrate. Continue wiping until soils are removed.
3. Clean the surface with a dry rag or disposable wiper.

For Best Results

Always test in an inconspicuous area first. Not for use on plastic or rubber surfaces. Do not mix this product with any other chemicals. If used on food processing equipment or utensils, they must be washed with an acceptable detergent and rinsed with potable water before returning to the processing area.
