Take plastic flamingos from fun to frightening. Use Rust-Oleum spray paint and Testors paint pens to add flamingo skeletons for your Halloween décor.
- Work in a well-ventilated space. Shake your can of Rust-Oleum Universal Spray Paint for 60 seconds after mixing ball begins to rattle. Hold the spray paint can 8-12 inches from the surface and spray in a steady, back-and-forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke. Apply two or more light coats a few minutes apart.
- After the paint fully dries, draw skeleton bones onto the flamingo using a white Testors Paint Pen. Be sure to shake the paint pen and repeatedly press the tip firmly up and down on a piece of scrap paper to prime your pen before using. After drawing the bones, allow the paint to dry.
- To apply feathers, first prime the spot with DAP Plastic Primer, followed by DAP Rapid Fuse Glue.
- Display your flamingo skeletons with your Halloween décor.
