Find a spot outdoors and cover nearby items with drop cloths or old sheets to protect them from spray mist
Remove the drawers from the dresser. Lightly sand the dresser, drawers and knobs and wipe clean with a tack cloth.
Spray the dresser, drawers and knobs with primer following directions on the can. Allow to dry completely.
Start with the dresser by moving it away from the other items to protect them from spray mist. Paint the dresser with Rust-Oleum® Painter's® Touch Ultra Cover 2X Gloss Spray in Apple Red following re-coat and dry times on the can. Set aside.
Now move to the drawers and spray them with the Painter's® Touch Ultra Cover 2X Gloss Spray in Deep Blue. Set aside.
Use styrofoam to hold the knobs while you paint. (Or look for another creative way to keep the knobs in place.) Brush on the Rust-Oleum® Painter's® Touch Ultra Cover Multi-Purpose Gloss Brush-On in Semi-Gloss White to all three knobs and allow to dry.
Use a round artist's brush to paint red lines for the baseball and black on the soccer ball.
For the golf ball, dab the Rust-Oleum® Painter's® Touch Ultra Cover Multi-Purpose Gloss Brush-On in Dark Gray with the tip of your brush or use a Q-tip. Once it's dry, dab white paint over the gray but off to the side a bit. Allow to dry.
Attach the knobs to the drawers and put the drawers back in the dresser. Fill with uniforms, socks, shin guards, and other sports stuff.
