Undergraduate students entering their junior or senior year of school are invited to apply for summer internships at Rust-Oleum. Ideal candidates are bright, motivated, energetic students who want to gain real-world business experience.

Typical placements include:

From June through August, you’ll be engaged with projects where you can put your education to work in a true business environment. You’ll also get direct access to our most senior executives for inspiration, education and insight during a sequence of roundtable meetings.

The summer kicks off with a series of professional development seminars facilitated by our key leaders. Working in teams, you’ll execute projects with clear objectives and present your results at the end of your term.

In keeping with Rust-Oleum’s commitment to giving back, we give our interns opportunities to participate in local community service projects. You’ll also enjoy “outside of work” activities.

Our interns leave with practical experience and an expanded professional network. Some interns ultimately pursue careers at Rust-Oleum.
