Prepare: Always work in a well ventilated area and cover your surroundings with a drop cloth. Wipe down your wood pieces with a microfiber cloth to remove any dirt or dust.

Prime: The key to success is preparation, so we recommend priming first. To prime your project simply shake your can of Ultra Cover Primer spray for one minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle. Hold your can upright 10-16” from the planter and spray in a steady back-and-forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke. Apply 2-3 coats a few minutes apart. Let the primer dry completely before applying your paint. It's that easy! 

TIP: Glow in the Dark Spray Paint works best on items that are white. By adding a white primer you not only prep the surface properly, but it will also ensure that you get the best glow on your project. 

Paint: To paint your project, spray 2 or more coats of Glow in the Dark spray onto its surface with the same technique you used while priming. Let everything dry completely for 24 hours. After paint has dried, use black marker to complete eye details. 

Finish: To charge the glow in the dark paint, set the eye pieces under direct light for several hours. The paint will charge under sunlight or artificial light, like a lamp.
