Make your Halloween décor visible at night with glow in the dark skeletons or add dimension with a metallic finish. See how just a couple coats of spray paint made these skeleton bones and dog look extra creepy.

1. Make sure your Halloween props are clean and dry.
    
2. Tape off any areas of your props that you don’t want to paint.
   
   
3. Working over a drop cloth, apply Rust-Oleum Metallic Spray Paint to the dog bones, following the directions on the can.
   
   TIP: If props are not already white, it’s a good idea to apply white Universal Bonding Primer before painting.
   
   
4. Let paint dry for at least 1 hour.
   
   
5. While dog is drying, apply Rust-Oleum Glow in the Dark Spray Paint to the human skeleton bones, following the instructions on the can.
   
   TIP: Apply multiple light coats of Glow in the Dark Spray Paint rather than one heavy coat. 
   
   
6. Let dry for at least 1 hour. 
   
   TIP: Apply a light coat of Glow in the Dark Spray Paint over Metallic Spray Paint for an added effect.
   
   
7. Remove painter’s tape and place props in your yard.
   
   TIP: To achieve a glow, allow project to dry 24 hours and let charge in the light for several hours before it becomes dark.
