Refinished Wood Deck

Wolman wood stain gives your wood deck a long-lasting, durable finish. In just one weekend, you can make a worn out deck look like new again.

If there is a previous coating on your deck, you'll want to remove it to create a bare wood surface. Use Wolman DeckStrip® Stain and Finish Remover for best results. After your wood deck is thoroughly clean, let it dry.

In an inconspicuous area, perform a trial brush-out to get the desired color and look with your wood stain. Once you have achieved the look you want, cover all surrounding areas to protect them against drips.

Thoroughly mix your can of Wolman™ DuraStain® Solid Color Stain to ensure even coverage and apply it with a paint roller. Cut in the edges with a 2" synthetic paint brush. Work from end to end a few boards at a time and overlap with a wet edge.

Wolman™ exterior wood stain dries to the touch in 1 hour, but should cure for 48 hours before returning furniture to the deck.
