Get creative! Add a personalized touch to your Rust-Oleum HOME® coating project. Creative Accents is a water-based durable paint that goes over any Rust-Oleum HOME Base Coat to add a unique design element, such as stencil patterns or a marble effect, and stays protected under any Rust-Oleum HOME Top Coat. The white/tint base can be used to as is for ultra white or tinted to a variety of lighter colors. The deep tint base can be tinted to a variety of deeper colors and must be tinted prior to use. Simply choose a color and have the coating tinted at the paint counter. Fully covers up to 25 sq. ft.
For Best Results
Apply over dry Rust-Oleum HOME Base Coat surfaces only. Practice design application on cardboard before applying to actual surface. For stenciling, lightly apply paint using a stencil brush or roller. Make sure stencil is dry/clean before applying to surface and lift it up after applying before paint dries. If you make a mistake, reapply base coat over area to be corrected, let dry, and reapply design. Let dry for 6 hours and finish by applying required Rust-Oleum HOME Top Coat or Designer Coat to seal.
