Rust-Oleum spray paint is the key to a beautiful finish when you update your ceiling fan to match your décor. Change the look of your fan in an instant with this easy DIY tutorial.

Make sure your ceiling fan is removed and disconnected. Clean and dry it thoroughly before painting. Add painter's tape to any areas you don't want to paint.

A coat of 2X Ultra Cover Primer in White provides a great base for your color and gives you a longer lasting finish. Spray on the primer according to the directions on the can. After 20 minutes, start spraying Blossom White spray paint over the primer in several light coats for best coverage. Let the first coat dry for at least 20 minutes before applying a second.

Let all paint dry for an hour before handling and 24 hours before reconnecting and full use.
