Drop Cloth
Specialty spray paint on a skeleton cat and pumpkin yard décor create a creepy vibe for your Halloween celebration.
- Make sure your Halloween props are clean and dry.
- Tape off any areas of your props you don’t want to paint.
- Working outdoors and over a drop cloth, apply Rust-Oleum® Stops Rust® Textured Spray Paint to the cat skeleton, following the directions on the can.
- Let paint dry for at least 1 hour.
- While cat is drying, spray the textured metallic paint on the pumpkins, following the directions on the can.
- Let paint dry for at least 1 hour.

- To paint “BOO” letters with a glow-in-the-dark effect, first paint them white using Stops Rust Protective Enamel Spray Paint. After 20 minutes of dry time, apply Rust-Oleum® Glow in the Dark spray paint. Dry for 1 hour and use a hot glue gun to attach them to the pumpkins. Let the letters charge in the light for several hours so they will glow in the dark.
