AFTER

Outdoor pillows looking outdated or faded? Give them a brand new appearance with Rust-Oleum Outdoor Fabric Paint.

  1. Make sure outdoor pillows or cushions are clean. If needed, clean with soap and water, rinse thoroughly and let dry completely.
  2. In a well-ventilated space, shake the can of Outdoor Fabric Paint can vigorously for one minute after mixing ball begins to rattle.
  3. Hold the can upright 6-8” from surface and spray the outside edge of your item. Then spray your surface in a steady, back-and-forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke to cover the middle. Apply light coats as needed to achieve desired coverage, waiting 30 minutes between additional coats.

TIP: Too many coats or a heavier application could result in a stiffer-feeling fabric.

Other Materials:

  • Pillows or cushions
  • Soap and water (optional)
