Clean and dry the vase thoroughly.
Thoroughly cover the outside of the vase with newspaper and painter’s tape.
Lightly and evenly spray the inside of the vase with the mirror spray paint, while carefully avoiding drips. Apply several coats.
Wrap a paper towel around the end of the paint stick, and secure it with painter’s tape. Tear and fray the edges of the paper towel.
Mist the inside of the vase with the water/vinegar mixture.
Casually blot around the inside of the vase with the paper-towel-wrapped paint stick to create subtle blemishes and inconsistencies.
Apply a coat of flat spray paint over the mirror paint, and allow it to dry.
Remove the newspaper and tape, then fill the vase with flowers.
