Bring bright colors to the kids' Thanksgiving table this holiday. Decorate with pilgrims and boats and bring the first Thanksgiving to the table as a mini history lesson!

PREP: Sand any wooden items with a fine-grit sandpaper to smooth the surface. Wipe off any sanding residue with a lint-free cloth. Shake the spray paint cans for 1 minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle.

APPLY AND DRY: Wood leaves, small wood boats, large wood boats and wooden slat placemats:  Over a drop cloth, shake can vigorously for one minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle. Hold the Painter's Touch® 2X Ultra Cover® can upright 8-12” from the surface and spray in a steady back-and forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke. Keep the can the same distance from the surface and in motion while spraying. Apply two or more light coats a few minutes apart. For best results, apply several light coats versus one heavy coat.

TEEPEES: Over a drop cloth, spray Stops Rust Metallic Warm Gold according to the directions on the can. After a few minutes, spray Specialty Glitter to cover the entire cone. Hold your can of glitter spray 12-14" from the cones. The paint will be fully cured in 24 hours. Use chalk to prep the chalkboard surface by lightly coating the entire chalkboard surface with chalk and then erasing.

NAME COASTERS: Apply 2-3 coats of Chalkboard spray paint to each wood circle, following the instructions on the can. Let the paint dry for about 20 minutes before applying another coat.  Recoat within 1 hour or after 24 hours.  Allow the last coat of paint dry for approximately 1 hour. Use chalk to prep the chalkboard surface by lightly coating the entire chalkboard surface with chalk and then erasing. The paint will be fully cured in 24 hours.
