Find a spot outdoors and cover nearby items with drop cloths to protect them from spray mist.
Paint the wooden knobs with Matte Silver following directions and dry times on the can and let them dry.
Mount the now silver knobs onto the wall in a zig-zag pattern using wall anchors and double-end screws.
Tie braided picture wire to the top knob and tightly wrap around each knob until all knobs are connected with the wire.
Paint the wooden clothes pins with the buttercup paint and let dry.
Clip the clothes pins onto the wire along with your favorite pictures or latest to-do list.
